Eligibility

1) All teammates must be registered with HackDFW.

2) Teams can only have a maximum of 5 team members. 

3) Hack must be something started at HackDFW. Coming up with an idea prior is fine, but team cannot use preexisting materials.

People NOT ELIGIBLE are:

1) Directors, Organizers, Volunteers, Mentors, Sponsors, Vendors, or anyone affiliated with operating HackDFW.

How to enter

1) Enter name of your hack.

2) Add ALL team members to post.

IMPORTANT: TEAM MEMBERS NOT ADDED TO POST WILL NOT BE ELLIGBLE FOR PRIZES

3) Submit a link to your hack (if applicable).

4) If you are going for a specific API prize, don't forget to submit your hack to that challenge.

5) Submit before the deadline! No later than 11:00 PM on Sunday, April 17th! (No Late Entries will be accepted.)

    Originality. Is this something unique and special?
  • Feasibility and Function
    Did you implement or build complex systems or algorithms, or just use pre existing tech? How advanced is this prototype, and does it require special skills to execute? DID IT WORK?
  • User Interface/Experience Design
    Does your creation work for the user and as intended? Does it look good?
  • Scalability/Potential Impact
    Do you see this as a future consumer/enterprise product or technology? Is there a future to what you built? Did you clearly convey that in your pitch?
  • Awesomeness
    You can’t explain it, but you always know it when you see it.
